A refined identity and digital presence built to modernise a long-standing, trusted brand.
Reservations 2000 had built a strong reputation over decades, with a loyal client base and a proven service offering. However, the brand and digital presence no longer reflected the quality, professionalism or experience behind the business.
The existing identity felt dated, inconsistent and lacked the clarity needed to compete in a more modern, digital-first environment. The website and supporting materials no longer supported the strength of the service being delivered.
The challenge was to evolve the brand without losing its legacy, creating something that felt current, credible and aligned with how the business operates today.
Modernise without losing heritage | Improve digital presence | Strengthen clarity and trust
The exploration phase focused on understanding how far the brand could evolve while still feeling familiar to existing clients.
Three distinct directions were developed, each exploring a different way of expressing the brand’s core strengths, reliability, organisation and seamless service delivery.
Rather than reinventing the brand completely, the goal was to refine and elevate, introducing more clarity, structure and visual consistency.
Following the concept stage, the direction focused on selecting a route that balanced familiarity with progression.
The chosen concept provided the right foundation, maintaining recognisable elements of the existing brand while introducing a more refined and modern structure.
From there, the work centred on simplifying and strengthening the identity. The mark, typography and supporting elements were carefully developed to ensure consistency, clarity and flexibility across all applications.
Every decision was made to ensure the brand felt established, but noticeably improved — not new for the sake of it, but better where it matters.
With the identity refined, the focus moved to applying it across the wider brand ecosystem.
A new website was designed to improve usability, structure and clarity, ensuring users could quickly understand the services and navigate with ease. The content was repositioned to highlight the team, experience and scale of the offering, reinforcing trust at every stage.
Alongside this, a digital brochure was developed to support conversations and presentations, translating the brand into a clear, engaging and professional format.
Each touchpoint was aligned to ensure the same tone, structure and visual consistency ran throughout, from first impression to deeper engagement.
The result is a joined-up brand experience that reflects the quality of the service behind it.
Following the selection of the chosen concept, the focus shifted to refining the structure of the mark to ensure it felt balanced, distinctive and visually assured.
Working in vector allowed the identity to be developed with precision. Proportions were adjusted, curves were refined and the relationship between each element was carefully considered to create a cleaner and more controlled result.
Particular attention was given to preserving the familiarity of the existing brand while improving clarity and consistency, ensuring the mark felt more resolved without losing recognition.
Through this process, the final identity became more confident, scalable and dependable across digital, print and presentation use.
The final identity builds on what already existed, refined into something more structured, more consistent and more confident.
Through careful adjustment of form, colour and hierarchy, the brand now communicates more clearly across every platform, without losing the familiarity that long-standing clients trust.
It is recognisable, reliable and better suited to a modern digital environment, giving the business a stronger presence without changing what makes it successful.
A considered evolution, designed to support the next phase of growth while staying true to its foundations.
